Please read these conditions of use before using this site, operated by Pena Pachamama Cultural Center. Thank you for shopping at pachamamaraw.com. This site exists for the purpose of advertising raw foods to customers and potential customers. By accessing this site, you indicate your acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth herein. From time to time we may modify the terms and conditions, so please review them periodically for updates. If at any time you do not wish to accept these conditions then you must not use this site.

Our terms and conditions of sale

Please read this document carefully before placing your order. These terms apply to all orders from our store, whether ordering online or by telephone. We may change these terms from time to time. Please check them prior to making an order to ensure you're aware of any changes.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. Products can only be ordered while stocks last.

Product descriptions

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on this web site. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the actual product. While we try to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights and measurements quoted are approximate, and item specifications are subject to change at any time with or without notice.

Payment

Orders can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or AMEX. We use industry-standard secure credit card processing, and take all reasonable care to keep your order details and payment secure.

Shipping

We ship online orders within the United States. Upon processing your payment, your order will be shipped by UPS Ground or USPS. Our policy is to ship your order within 36 hours of processing, but we make a reasonable effort to ship your order the same day if possible. If you need rush delivery, please contact us by phone to inquire.

For international shipping/orders contact the Pachamama office directly.

Cancellations and Returns

After you order, a confirmation will be provided as sooon as possible. The confirmation will be via email if your order is placed on-line, or by telephone if your order is placed over the telephone. A binding agreement arises once we accept your order and your credit/debit card will then be charged for the order.

No refunds are given on any raw food items and no returns will be accepted.
